Cape Fear Community College says its Schwartz Center appeared as the Whitey Durham Field House, the outside of the Tree Hill High gym, and the tourism office's own One Tree Hill tour adds that the front entrance is the outside of the school itself. The campus along Front Street is the Tree Hill High the fans know. It is a working college: look from the street.

Karen's Cafe was on this corner of Front and Grace, but which shop depends on who you ask. The tourism office puts it at 300 North Front, now Dough House, in the pilot and again as the Tree Hill Cafe in the last season. Cape Fear Community College puts the cafe of the early seasons in the storefront across Grace Street that is now Outdoor Equipped. Both are on this corner. The photograph is from 2011, with the show's awning up. Both shops are working businesses; the corner is the stop.

The tourism office says Brooke and Julian marry here, and that the weddings planned for Lucas and Lindsey and for Keith and Jules, neither of which took place, were set here too. Nothing else found says so, so take it as theirs. It is a working church: look from Grace Street.

The tourism office says the steps and columns on Chestnut Street often played Tree Hill's town hall. The building really is Wilmington's city hall, with a theatre behind it. The theatre is ticketed; the steps are on the street.

The tourism office puts Keith and Lucas's car crash scenes from season one at the old courthouse on Third and Princess, and an election rally here as well. Nothing else found places them, so take it as theirs. It is a working county building: look from the street.

The parish lists One Tree Hill among the productions filmed at St. James, and the tourism office says its school played Jamie's preschool. The church is a working one, on Third and Market: look from the street.

Nathan gives Haley the Cracker Jack bracelet on a bench on the Riverwalk that fans call the Naley bench. The tourism office puts it near Dock Street and a fan visit in 2017 at Market Street, a block north; neither says which bench, so the stretch between them is the stop rather than one seat. The river is the Cape Fear.

The tourism office says this park on the Riverwalk, across from the Alton Lennon Federal Building, was the backdrop for the outdoor basketball games. The River Court itself was built across the river at Battleship Park and taken down when the series ended, so this is the nearest the games can be stood beside. The photograph is of the federal building, which is what the park looks at.
